Paid access to the Service is offered as a recurring subscription, billed either monthly or annually, in three plans — Starter, Restaurant and Pro — at the prices displayed in the Service (USD on the English site, RON on the Romanian site). Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance of generation credits.
The monthly allowance resets at the start of every billing month and unused credits do NOT roll over — any credits not used during the month are lost at the reset. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year, but the monthly allowance still refills every month during the year.
Once paid, the subscription fee and the included credits:
All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for unused or partially used monthly credits, nor for the remainder of an already-paid period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, on a self-service basis, through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends — no immediate revocation, and no refund for the remaining time or unused credits.
Refund requests may be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
If you are a consumer (B2C), the statutory right of withdrawal under Romanian/EU law may apply. However, because the Service consists of digital content/services that are supplied immediately upon your request and that you start to use right away, the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as performance begins, in accordance with applicable law.
Any refund decision in the exceptional cases above is made solely at the discretion of the Operator.
